Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Community Manager in the effective oversight of the apartment community. In the absence of the Community Manager, assume all responsibilities to meet property goals.
  • Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including the precise documentation of rents and deposits.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of leasing processes and resident retention strategies.
  • Exhibit a positive customer relations demeanor. Welcome prospective residents, conduct community tours, and perform leasing tasks as necessary.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, high energy, and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Show willingness to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Availability for weekend shifts on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office, Excel) is required.
  • Experience with Yardi software is a plus.
