We are seeking a highly motivated Part-Time Bridal Stylist to join our team at Luxe Redux Bridal in St. Louis. In this role, you will be responsible for selling high-end designer gowns, working closely with clients, and maintaining operational excellence to drive sales.
About the PositionThis is a part-time position requiring up to 30 hours per week, with weekend shifts included. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Your Key Responsibilities- Assist high-end brides in finding their dream gowns, providing expert advice and guidance.
- Develop strong relationships with designers, staying up-to-date on the latest collections and trends.
- Maintain a polished image, representing our brand and upholding its values.
- Contribute to a positive and energetic work environment, embodying our core values.
- Meet sales targets and drive business growth through collaboration with the team.
- Hourly pay starting at $14, with commission and bonus structure leading to up to $25 hourly.
