Role Overview

In this role as a Part-Time Bridal Stylist, you will be an integral part of our team at Luxe Redux Bridal in St. Louis, assisting high-end brides in finding their dream gowns. As a fashion-forward professional, you will provide exceptional customer service, work closely with designers, and maintain operational excellence to drive sales.

About the Role

This is a part-time position requiring up to 30 hours per week, with weekend shifts included. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for providing expert advice on designer gowns, maintaining a polished image, and contributing to a positive and energetic work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every bride feels valued and supported throughout the shopping process.
  • Develop strong relationships with designers, staying up-to-date on the latest collections and trends.
  • Maintain operational excellence, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Requirements
  • One year of customer service experience, preferably in retail or bridal industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Self-motivation, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Apple products, with knowledge of Google Drive and Microsoft Office.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
