Regional Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Trainer to join our team at Fluidra North America. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering technical product training to pool and spa professionals and Fluidra staff within a designated geographical area.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver training presentations to audiences ranging from 1 to 100+ people, both in-person and virtually.
- Represent Fluidra at trade shows and other events within the region.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales & Service Directors & Managers to organize class locations and topics that meet the needs of the region.
- Provide technical product training to Fluidra field personnel, including Territory Sales Managers, Territory Service Managers, and Field Service Technicians.
- Work closely with other departments to develop training content, including slides, online coursework, videos, webinars, and troubleshooting guides.
- Travel up to 35 weeks per year to deliver training and support customers.
- Minimum of 5 years of technical training experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Ability to make complex technical information accessible to entry-level industry professionals.
- Extensive pool and spa industry experience, with a focus on technical subjects and hands-on installation and troubleshooting experience.
- Positive and cheerful disposition, patience in dealing with beginners, and a willingness to help.
- Clean driving record and willingness to travel domestically up to 70%.
