Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Diesel Engine Trainer to join our team in Orlando, FL.

As a Diesel Engine Trainer, you will be responsible for developing technical training material, delivering classroom training, managing our company's Learning Management System, troubleshooting, providing advice and guidance, analytical evaluations, reports, and information for internal and external customers, and answering Call Center calls to troubleshoot customers' vehicle issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop training curriculum for Service Center internal technicians on all aspects of Motorcoach buses.
  • Create schedules and present training to regional Service Center technicians across North America.
  • Work with Operations Manager to meet internal training needs for technicians.
  • Investigate, analyze, track, and report on issues, and provide recommendations, suggestions, and comments in response to customer questions and concerns as they relate to company's products in a timely manner.
  • Manage customer relations between our company and Vendors.
  • Review internal and external customer preventive maintenance practices & procedures.
  • Serve as a troubleshooter and technical advisor for questions, issues, and warranty concerns related to products sold and supported by our company.
  • Participate in and successfully complete annual training requirements to maintain current and up–to–date knowledge on all aspects of company's products.
  • Interact with internal and external customer upper management.
  • Provide technical support, information, and training for assigned customer and Service Center regionally and across North America.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience as an instructor with Diesel applications and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Experience with Learning Management Systems and technical training is an asset.
