This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with phone support experience to join a major global retailer as a Dispatch Operations Specialist. As a member of the Driver Support Services team, you will play a critical role in supporting the client's direct internal carriers and drivers, providing day-to-day support for any disruptions they may face.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional phone support to internal carriers and drivers, resolving issues and providing solutions in a timely manner.
- Fulfill work orders on a daily basis for mechanical issues with vehicles.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, handling high call volumes and adapting to changing situations.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
- 1+ year of recent experience working in a call center for a large enterprise reputable company or a college graduate with a degree in Business, Supply Chain, or similar.
- Excellent phone presence and communication skills.
- Strong typing and computer skills, with the ability to type and talk on the phone simultaneously.
- Ability to work a heavy amount of overtime and throughout the holidays.
