Position Overview:
As a vital member of the custodial team, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in designated areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all. Under general supervision, you will execute a variety of custodial tasks to uphold the standards of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive cleaning and sanitization of restroom facilities, including sinks, urinals, and toilets.
  • Conduct floor maintenance through sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, waxing, stripping, and polishing.
  • Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment while ensuring desks and countertops are kept clean.
  • Follow proper usage instructions and dilution ratios for cleaning chemicals and custodial products.
  • Wash windows, mirrors, and walls to maintain a pristine appearance.
  • Empty, clean, and sanitize waste receptacles, and remove debris from the premises.
  • Assist in moving and arranging furniture and equipment for various events and meetings.
  • Unload and organize supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Replace light bulbs and adjust window treatments as required.
  • Clean air vents and report any maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
  • Operate various custodial equipment, including vacuum polishers and wax strippers, in accordance with established standards.
  • Support grounds maintenance activities as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum educational requirement includes a high school diploma. Candidates should possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established cleaning protocols. This role requires physical stamina and the capability to handle various custodial tasks effectively.
