Observation Services LNA Full Time Days

Concord Hospital, Inc is seeking a skilled Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our Observation Services team. As an LNA, you will play a vital role in providing direct and indirect patient care duties for a group of patients, from simple to complex, under the guidance and supervision of the registered nurse.
Responsibilities- Perform activities of daily living and personal care needs under the guidance and supervision of the Registered Nurse.
- Perform technical skills/procedures relating to physical, mental health and social needs of patients under the guidance and supervision of the RN.
- Document care provided and report to the RN observations of patient's physical, social and mental status and basic patient data collected.
- Demonstrate adherence to safe patient handling policy.
- Demonstrate time management skills.
- Maintain the patient care areas to ensure cleanliness, safety and supplies of material and equipment.
- Receive delegated work adhering to the five rights of delegation.
- Perform job specific requirements and other duties as assigned.
- Serve as a preceptor for new employees.
- High school or equivalent (GED).
- Completion of a certificate program for Licensed Nursing Assistant.
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification, or equivalent course credentialed by American Heart Association.
- Current New Hampshire State LNA license.
- Evidence of the ability to perform as a member of a team.
