Position Overview:
The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) will work under the supervision of Registered Nurses to deliver essential direct and indirect care to patients and residents. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, bathing, and dressing.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions, as well as addressing any patient or family concerns to the charge nurse or supervisor.
- Engaging in the care planning process to ensure optimal resident care.
Applicants must have successfully completed a state-approved certified nursing assistant program.
