Job Title: Crisis Response Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled Crisis Response Clinician to join our team at Titan Placement Group. As a Crisis Response Clinician, you will be responsible for providing direct treatment to individuals experiencing an acute mental health crisis.

Job Summary:

The Crisis Response Clinician will operate both in office and dispatch with a mobile crisis response team to crises in the community. Shifts include either a Sunday-Wednesday schedule or a Wednesday-Saturday schedule.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct treatment to individuals experiencing an acute mental health crisis.
  • Knowledge of community resources and referrals for follow-up care within organization (and external referrals when needed).
  • Schedule option is to work a Wednesday-Saturday schedule, or a Sunday - Wednesday schedule.
Requirements:
  • Must have completed a 60-credit Master's Degree (with 600 completed intern hours) in relevant Human Service field (Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Etc.).
  • Licensure in the state of Virginia as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LSATP or LMHP-R.
  • If LMHP-R, must be eligible to register as LMHP-E within three months of hire.
  • One year of program specific work experience.
  • Ability to participate in and successfully pass behavioral intervention training; includes both verbal de-escalation skills and physical skills techniques to be utilized when needed.
  • No Virginia Barrier Crimes on Record.
  • Must have valid Drivers License.
  • Knowledge in DSM-V diagnoses.
