We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our dynamic team at Rapid Dry dba Irock Plumbing. This role requires a highly organized individual with a passion for efficiency and a strong ability to manage day-to-day office operations.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Office Management: Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
  • Policies and Procedures: Implement office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records.
  • Scheduling and Meetings: Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Correspondence and Communication: Handle and prioritize incoming correspondence, including email and phone calls.
  • Vendor Relationships: Manage vendor relationships.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Coordinate with management to oversee recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
  • Administrative Support: Support senior management with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or administrative support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with office management software.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of managing budgets and financial records.
