Medical Records Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Records Analyst to join our team at The Staff Pad. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and retrieving medical records, preparing documents for scanning, and verifying patient identification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely processing and retrieval of medical records
- Preparation of documents for scanning and scanning of records into electronic document management system
- Verification of patient identification and indexing of documents to correct level within electronic document system
- Support for incomplete records process and departmental coverage, including evenings and weekends
Requirements:
- Knowledge of medical records formats and content, filing systems, and medical office procedures
- Good computer skills and customer service skills
- Experience with scanning systems preferred
Education and Certifications:
- High school diploma required
- No certifications or licenses required
Working Conditions:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
