  • Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence, including proposals, contracts, and site tours
  • Mentor sales and catering team members to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and revenue goals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel or Business Management, or equivalent experience
  • English fluency required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with Delphi, SendSites, and HMS preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Group Sales Manager in a hotel, preferably at a luxury mountain resort
  • Strong understanding of luxury hotel markets and trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
