- Position the Sonnenalp as a premier destination for group experiences in the Rocky Mountains
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure cohesive strategies and seamless execution of events and promotions
- Respond to all leads for business in a timely manner and organize sales activities to maximize results
- Maximize revenue streams from all hotel outlets, including F&B, spa, and golf
- Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence, including proposals, contracts, and site tours
- Mentor sales and catering team members to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and revenue goals
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel or Business Management, or equivalent experience
- English fluency required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with Delphi, SendSites, and HMS preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Group Sales Manager in a hotel, preferably at a luxury mountain resort
- Strong understanding of luxury hotel markets and trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
