About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our Fleet Solutions team at Curtiss-Wright. As a Project Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of software and hardware engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement software and hardware engineering projects
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met
  • Plan, conduct, and lead research, development, and installation of products and systems
  • Ensure compliance with engineering design and customer specifications
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Industrial Engineering)
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in product, process, and/or system design, development, and product life cycle management
  • Experience using common industry CAD tools (e.g., Solidworks, AutoCAD)
  • Experience using common industry PDM/PLM tools
  • Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and interrelationships with upstream design and development processes and downstream production processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-task coordination skills
  • Ability to understand and execute work under emergent and strict scheduling deadlines
