District Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled District Manager to join our team at Ansco & Associates, LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating with utility companies, and ensuring scheduled performance and quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily operations of work performed by employees and subcontractors
- Coordinate with utility companies to ensure schedule and cost management
- Monitor and ensure scheduled performance and quality workmanship
- Attend meetings and training on behalf of the company
- Maintain relationships and act as liaison in matters associated with Federal, State, and Municipal requirements
- Conduct site visits to verify compliance with permits and job specifications
- Complete Site Safety reports on in progress job sites
- Participate in daily/weekly calls with operations and customers
- Resolve complaints
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the United States for this company
- 5+ years of experience within the Telecommunications or Utility Construction/Maintenance industry
- Valid driver's license (CDL a plus)
- Basic knowledge of and ability to operate various types of utility trucks and equipment in a safe manner
- Basic knowledge of and ability to use hand tools and equipment in a safe manner
- Ability to read prints and interpret utility maps to identify the type and size of underground utilities
- Strong leadership skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and consultative, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft applications, Google applications, and/or other construction-related software applications
- Able to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed with or without assistance
- Able to work as needed (over-time, after hours, on weekends, for emergencies or on-call)
- Able to maintain a safe work environment
- Able to work in all weather conditions
