Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Area Leasing Consultant to join our team at IMT Residential. As a key member of our leasing team, you will be responsible for guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage leasing activities across multiple sites, including Denver, Aurora, Lone Tree, and Westminster.
  • Lease available apartments and provide exceptional customer service to residents.
  • Build lasting relationships with residents and ensure their needs are met.
  • Renew existing leases and stay up-to-date on Fair Housing laws and regulations.
  • Conduct market research and assist with business outreach marketing, resident functions, and other promotional programs.
  • Utilize MRI software to enter information and pull various reports.
  • Perform additional projects and duties as assigned by the Community Manager.

Requirements:

  • Sales and customer service experience, with apartment leasing experience a plus.
  • Ability to connect with a variety of people and provide exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with a motivation to succeed driven by a desire to meet or exceed goals and earn commissions based on performance.
  • Ability to work well in a high-volume and sometimes stressful environment, as well as independently and within a team setting.
  • Positive attitude and desire to learn and develop skills.
  • College education helpful.
  • Active and valid driver's license required.
