Position Overview:
An experienced Electrical Engineering Supervisor is sought to oversee and mentor a team of engineers engaged in electrical design for nuclear facilities. This role involves ensuring that project quality standards are upheld, timelines are met, and budgets are adhered to while fostering client relationships and crafting proposals for new design initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage a team of engineers in the execution of electrical design projects.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to secure future projects.
- Conduct site visits to various locations across the country as needed.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in the nuclear sector focusing on electrical design modifications and complex calculations.
- Proven knowledge of electrical systems and their operational applications in design modifications.
- Must possess Unescorted Access Authorization (UAA) or equivalent Nuclear Power Plant Access credentials.
