The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical project management, with a proven track record of cost estimation, progress budgeting, and change order pricing.


Key Responsibilities



  • Establish project estimates and manage cost
  • Responsible for cost estimating, progress budgeting, change order pricing, cost forecasting including monthly projections
  • Day-to-day interaction with owners, general contractors, and subcontractors
  • Responsible for all job-related costs, including procurement of major materials and equipment
  • Project submittal process, including submission, approvals, and release of approvals
  • Monitoring of all job-related costs of labor, rental equipment, materials, subcontractors, etc.
  • Monthly cost analysis
  • Perform additional assignments as requested

Requirements



  • Five years of experience as an electrical project manager
  • Valid driver's license
  • Working knowledge of the electrical trade
  • Working knowledge of ACCUBID
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code
  • Scheduling software such as MS Project and Primavera

Compensation and Benefits


$75,000 - $110,000 Annually


Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, basic life insurance, contributory life insurance, AD&D insurance, HSA, FSA, FSA - Dependent Care, long-term disability, and short-term disability.
