Electrical Foreman Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Foreman to lead our commercial electrical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical leadership, with experience in managing teams and ensuring project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule daily manpower, inventory, and equipment
- Ensure NEC compliance and installation efficiency
- Monitor and manage field production, implementing paths to improvement
- Purchase and control material inventory
- Develop strong Commercial, Industrial, and Data Center skills
- Work cooperatively with general contractors and customers
- Ensure proper safety equipment and tools are onsite
- Communicate effectively with project owners, architects, and management
Requirements:
- Journeyman or Master License
- 5+ years of leadership experience in commercial or industrial electrical field
- Current Journeyman or Master License (if required by state, city, or county)
