  • Project Oversight: Direct the planning, execution, and completion of creative initiatives. Ensure that projects are finalized punctually, within budgetary constraints, and uphold the highest quality standards.
  • Creative Guidance: Offer strategic and artistic direction for all initiatives. Evaluate and endorse design outputs, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand standards.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to grasp their requirements and objectives. Present creative ideas and solutions that fulfill or surpass client expectations.
  • Resource Management: Effectively distribute resources, oversee workloads, and prioritize tasks to adhere to project timelines. Identify and address any workflow challenges.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity at the Associate Creative Director level within an agency environment.
  • Experience and capability to function as both a leader and a contributor.
  • Proven track record of motivating and guiding a team of creative professionals.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates a variety of creative projects and design competencies.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other pertinent design tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented setting.
  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
