Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part Time Demand Fulfillment Agent to join our team at WholesomeCo Cannabis. As a key member of our fulfillment department, you will be responsible for accurately picking products for online delivery orders while adhering to our department's policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Pick products for online delivery orders with precision and speed.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our company's products and current state laws regarding medical cannabis and delivery regulations.
  • Resolve delivery-related issues through effective communication with our software.
  • Build and manage orders from placement to driver pickup using our company and state software.
  • Monitor stock room inventory and collaborate with inventory management to ensure product availability for order fulfillment.
  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to patient confidentiality policies.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in order fulfillment or warehouse picking.
  • A strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting performance targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong computer skills, with experience using Microsoft Office products and adapting to new software.
  • Good teamwork mentality, with the ability to build trustworthy relationships.
  • Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and adjust to a start-up environment.
  • Reliability and dependability are essential, as operations rely on your schedule.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
