Job Responsibilities

As a Custodial Specialist, you will ensure that our residents' living spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and service. You will also be responsible for addressing resident inquiries and concerns in a courteous manner. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and a commitment to service excellence.

• Maintain a well-stocked cleaning cart with necessary supplies.
• Exhibit knowledge and respect for the rights and dignity of each resident in all interactions.
• Perform cleaning tasks (dusting, mopping, sanitizing, scrubbing) in assigned resident apartments and common areas daily, adhering to facility protocols.
• Respect residents' privacy and preferences regarding room arrangements and personal belongings. Knock before entering resident areas and consider their cleaning preferences when possible.
• Safely dispose of trash and waste, following established protocols for handling any contaminated materials.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality cleaning preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions for cleaning products and procedures.
• Capability to stand for extended periods.
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
