About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As an Instructional Designer, you will play a critical role in developing training programs that transform intelligence analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop interactive training courses that teach critical information and tradecraft to intelligence analysts.
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to capture customer training needs and advise on the right learning solution.
  • Prepare training materials following the ADDIE model and recommend cutting-edge multimedia technologies and strategies.
  • Meet with SMEs throughout the process to discuss learning material and incorporate feedback.
  • Collect and analyze results using evaluation methodologies such as the Kirkpatrick Model and fine-tune training for maximum impact.
  • Share expertise through leadership and mentoring and identify new opportunities to build solutions to customer learning needs.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in training course development, instruction, intelligence analysis, or military capabilities.
  • Knowledge of instructional design, intelligence analysis tradecraft, and national security concepts.
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Compensation

Salary at Booz Allen Hamilton is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154, annualized USD.
