About the Role

Lennar Mortgage is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Loan Officer to join our team. As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for originating and processing mortgage loans for our customers. This is a full-time, outside sales position that requires a strong ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate and process mortgage loans for customers, ensuring timely and accurate completion of loan applications and documentation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, real estate agents, and other industry professionals to generate new business and referrals.
  • Conduct loan presentations and explain mortgage products to customers, ensuring they understand the terms and conditions of their loan.
  • Work with customers to gather financial information, credit reports, and other documentation required for loan approval.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to ensure loan approvals are processed efficiently and effectively.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including loan volume and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Four-year college degree (preferred)
  • At least three years of mortgage loan origination experience
  • Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • NMLS License required in Texas
