Position Overview
The Philadelphia office is in search of a paralegal with a strong background in litigation. This role primarily involves supporting a minimum of four attorneys with various tasks including scheduling, document management, and organization. Key responsibilities also encompass gathering information for discovery responses, interrogatories, pleadings, motions, depositions, and preparation for trials. This position operates on a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days remote.

Key Responsibilities
Job Specifications/Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate is required, with certification potentially mandated based on regional, state, or client specifications.
- A minimum of three years of experience in litigation is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word) is necessary.
- Strong skills in Excel are required.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication abilities are crucial.
- Capability to work under tight deadlines and manage priorities effectively.
- Flexibility in work hours is important.
- This position entails an annual billable requirement of 1,600 hours.
