Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate shipments based on product availability and customer requests
  • Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
  • Prepare shipping documents, including invoices, purchase orders, and bills of lading
  • Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers, and customers
  • Provide information to customers about the status of their orders
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer problems in a timely manner
  • Retain ownership of all cases throughout the resolution process
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries are resolved
  • Problem solve and strive for first call resolution
  • Enter data from customers into various software programs
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve their inquiries
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-year customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
