Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive community.
  • Collaborate with your co-teacher to implement the Balanced Learning curriculum and ensure a seamless learning experience.
  • Maintain a well-organized and stimulating classroom environment that encourages creativity and exploration.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in early childhood education to continuously improve your teaching methods.
Qualifications
  • Must be EEC Certified in MA
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs regularly
  • Must work in a team environment and take initiative when needed.
