About the Role:
The Sales & Front Desk Associate plays a crucial role at Scenthound, concentrating on promoting memberships while delivering outstanding service to every client.

Key Requirements:
Proven sales experience with a focus on membership sales
Background in customer service (retail or hospitality)
Proficiency in technology and computer systems
A genuine passion for dogs and their health and wellness

Ideal Candidate:
We seek a driven team member who is enthusiastic about sales and customer service. A successful Sales & Front Desk Associate is sociable, self-driven, capable of independent problem-solving, and a caring dog enthusiast.

Responsibilities:
- Promote membership sales through education on health and wellness
- Achieve key performance metrics, including average ticket price and rebooking ratios through memberships, service add-ons, and retail sales
- Generate membership leads and follow up with prospective members
- Manage phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain customer profiles and records
- Handle cash transactions responsibly
- Manage customer expectations, address concerns, and retain memberships
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Scenter Manager.

Skills and Competencies:
- Confidence in selling services and products
- Ability to connect with clients (both canine and human) and deliver exceptional customer service
- Capability to learn about our offerings and educate dog owners, reflecting our values and culture
- Effective communication with team members and clients (in-person and over the phone)
- Problem-solving skills guided by Scenthound values and culture
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills for efficient appointment scheduling
- Accountability to uphold Scenthound standards.

Compensation:
$15.00 per hour
