Compensation:$105,000 - $130,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:- Establish protocols for monitoring diagnostic tests and repairs, ensuring access to essential technical manuals and resources.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including fluid checks, tire rotations, brake pad replacements, and oil changes as required.
- Utilize diagnostic tools to accurately identify the causes of malfunction codes within the vehicle's integrated computer system.
- Facilitate a seamless repair process by effectively communicating system issues and necessary repairs.
- Conduct thorough examinations of all vehicle systems, including air conditioning, engine, transmission, and brake systems, following a systematic approach.
- Responsible for diagnosing vehicle issues.
- Execute high-quality repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles.
- Perform quality control inspections on repaired vehicles to confirm the completion of repairs.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
- Exercise caution to prevent damage to vehicles while in our care.
- Completion of a post-secondary training program in automotive service technology; an associate degree is advantageous.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential.
- National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification is highly preferred.
- A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in automotive service.
- Experience with Porsche vehicles is required.
- Proficiency in engine building for air-cooled models is necessary.
- A motivated and detail-oriented individual with strong communication and time management abilities.
- Commitment to delivering quality work on the first attempt and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Able to work collaboratively as a team player and maintain a positive attitude.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required during employment.
- Capability to adapt and overcome challenges effectively.
