We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Porter to join our team at Castle of Chicagoland LLC. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the appearance and performance of our inventory by cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary.
  • Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles to ensure accurate and efficient sales processes.
  • Keep our lots neat and orderly by moving cars as directed by the general manager and adhering to dealership display standards.
  • Drive vehicles to and from service lanes, service stalls, and parking lots as needed to support our operations.
  • Make key tags for and handle inventory of vehicles to ensure accurate tracking and management.
  • Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations to meet customer needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of our team.
Requirements:
  • Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality, and eagerness to improve and learn.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work every single day.
  • Valid driver's license and meet insurability guidelines.
