Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Instructor to join our team at Hope Network. As a Residential Instructor, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily needs and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Encourage positive relationships and promote independence among individuals
  • Transport individuals to community activities and participate in events
  • Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
  • Administer medication and monitor health
  • Cook and prepare meals, as well as provide dietary support

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Valid State of Michigan driver's license preferred
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to pass background checks as applicable
  • Ability to become certified in CPR/First Aid
  • Possess basic computer skills
