Join Our Team at Hope Network Behavioral Health

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Instructor to join our team at Hope Network Behavioral Health. As a Residential Instructor, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health needs in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Encourage positive relationship building and promote independence among residents
  • Transport residents to community activities and participate in their daily lives
  • Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
  • Administer medications and monitor residents' health
  • Cook and prepare meals, as well as provide dietary support
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Valid State of Michigan driver's license preferred
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to pass background checks as applicable
  • Ability to become certified in CPR/First Aid
  • Possess basic computer skills
