Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Instructor to join our team at Hope Network. As a Residential Instructor, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Encourage positive relationships and promote independence in daily living skills
  • Transport individuals to community activities and provide support as needed
  • Assist with personal care and activities of daily living, including medication administration and health monitoring
  • Cook and prepare meals, as well as provide dietary support

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Valid State of Michigan driver's license preferred
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and pass background checks
  • Ability to become certified in CPR/First Aid
  • Possess basic computer skills
