Branch Office Coordinator

At Edward Jones, we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Branch Office Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our branch team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences and helping our clients achieve their long-term financial goals.
As a Branch Office Administrator, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial advisors, managing client relationships, and driving business growth. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to financial advisors, including scheduling appointments and managing client relationships
- Manage client data and maintain accurate records
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the branch team to achieve business goals and objectives

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
