Position: Program Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and oversight for various aspects of the Building Stable Communities program, ensuring staff meet project objectives and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager to prepare accurate and timely reports and project updates.
  • Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and management of staff, including performance evaluations and professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, including financial and participant eligibility standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of participant engagement and program capacity.
  • Stay informed about tenant rights and responsibilities, addressing any related issues as they arise.
  • Deliver training and support to staff, ensuring thorough documentation of all activities.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and assist in program development efforts.
  • Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Supervisory Duties:

  • Oversee Lead Clinical Case Managers, Clinical Case Managers, and Senior Case Managers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred experience includes one year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including those with criminal justice involvement, substance use issues, or mental health challenges is advantageous.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with online databases.

Work Environment:

This position requires a hybrid work arrangement, with in-person meetings as necessary. The role may involve travel to community locations and participant homes.

Physical Requirements:

Employees may need to stand, walk, and occasionally lift items up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities.
