Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of roofing projects from start to finish.
  • Lead a team of foremen and crew members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure projects meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including schedules, budgets, and quality control metrics.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on roofing projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and understand architectural plans, shop drawings, and specifications.
  • OSHA 30 Hour Training certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment).
