Job Description

Job Summary:

Moraine Park Technical College is seeking a qualified Adjunct Faculty member to teach part-time in the Business and Applied Technology department. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to teach a variety of courses, including Accounting, Business Analyst, Business Management, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach part-time in the Business and Applied Technology department
  • Develop and deliver high-quality course materials and instruction
  • Assess student learning and provide feedback
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience in the content area being taught
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to meet student needs and work in a team environment
  • Experience with MS Office Suite and online learning platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Experience teaching at the post-secondary level
  • SHRM or IIBA certification
