You will work independently, managing your own inventory, and collaborate with body shops and other stakeholders to negotiate repair pricing and assess liability. This role requires strong leadership and conflict management skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct vehicle inspections, write estimates, and determine total loss evaluations
* Negotiate repair processes with body shops
* Document information related to claims and make decisions consistent with claims standards and local laws
* Evaluate and handle claim payments and resolution of claims without payments
* Review and determine validity of supplement requests

Requirements:

* A minimum of four years of relevant work experience, including one year of appraisal/estimatics or insurance experience
* Associate's degree and a minimum of three years of relevant work experience, including one year of appraisal/estimatics or insurance experience
* Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year of appraisal/estimatics or insurance experience
* Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and compliance with Progressive's driving standards and policies

Compensation and Benefits:

* $63,300 to $77,400 per year, based on experience and location
* Gainshare bonus up to 16% of eligible earnings, based on company performance
* 401(k) with dollar-for-dollar company match up to 6%
