Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough property inspections using Xactimate software
- Investigate claims by gathering information from insureds, claimants, and witnesses
- Recommend claim reserves based on investigation
- Review applicable coverage forms and endorsements
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of first-party commercial and/or residential property adjusting experience
- Maintain current estimating software, preferably Xactimate
- Working computer with internet access and Microsoft Word
- Strong time management and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- College degree
- AIC, IICRC, HAAG, or other professional designations
