Job Opportunity: Field Adjuster

CCMS & Associates is seeking a skilled Field Adjuster to join our team in South Carolina. As a Field Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating claims, inspecting damages, and recommending claim reserves.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough investigations of claims, including obtaining statements from insureds and witnesses
  • Inspect damages and recommend claim reserves based on investigation
  • Prepare detailed reports and analysis of coverage and coverage issues
  • Maintain compliance with established best practices and industry standards
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in first-party commercial and/or residential property adjusting
  • Proficiency in estimating software, such as Xactimate
  • Strong time management and customer service skills
  • Ability to prepare Statement of Loss, Proof of Loss, and denial letters
  • South Carolina State adjusters license
  • Valid drivers license
Preferred Qualifications:
  • College degree
  • AIC, IICRC, HAAG or other professional designations
