We are currently seeking a Systems Engineering Specialist to contribute to our intelligence team. The selected individual will be responsible for providing technical project oversight and systems engineering support for the development of an Electronic Records Management Services (RMS) solution. This application is designed to offer a modern, secure, and compliant capability for managing records, including maintenance, storage, retrieval, and disposition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical project management, including customer interaction, performance monitoring, schedule planning, and risk management.
- Collaborate with Government Project Management and communicate with relevant program management teams regarding project status and progress.
- Work within a diverse software development team, tackling challenges with minimal guidance and fostering collaboration in a dynamic environment.
- Engage with Government leadership and development teams to set priorities, facilitate agile processes, and maintain effective communication with team members and end users.
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited institution, with at least one year of relevant experience. Alternatively, four years of additional technical experience may substitute for the degree.
- Possession of an industry-recognized professional certification may substitute for one year of experience. A Master's degree may substitute for two years of experience.
- Minimum of one year of experience in developing or engineering complex software/hardware systems, including problem diagnosis and solution implementation.
- Experience in software development, systems engineering, or system administration, including installation, integration, and testing.
- Ability to create documentation to support technical issues and training needs.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Basic understanding of development methodologies, programming languages, and requirements analysis.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Atlassian Tool Suite, including Jira and Confluence.
- Familiarity with commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products or records management technologies.
- Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
