Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Healthcare Services Coordinator to join our team at The Willows at Howell. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resident Care: Collaborate with the Director of Healthcare Services to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, ensuring their needs are met and their quality of life is enhanced.
  • Medication Management: Oversee the administration of medications, ensuring accurate dosing and timely delivery.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring open and effective communication.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including progress notes, medication records, and other relevant documentation.
  • Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance resident care.
Requirements
  • Education: LPN license in the state of Michigan.
  • Certifications: Current CPR certification.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in assisted living or long-term care.
