Job Title: Drupal DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Drupal DevOps Engineer to join our team at Portland Webworks. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Drupal-based applications and infrastructure.

About the Role:

  • Design and implement high availability hosting configurations in Amazon Web Services
  • Automate build and deployment processes using tools such as Composer and Git
  • Collaborate with software development teams to ensure seamless integration of code and infrastructure
  • Work with clients to understand their hosting and launch requirements
  • Configure and manage relational databases such as MySQL
  • Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards

Requirements:

  • Experience with Drupal architecture, best practices, and coding standards
  • Strong Linux administration skills and experience with TCP/IP networking, DNS, and HTTP(S)
  • Experience with high availability hosting configurations and relational databases
  • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance with industry standards
  • Ability to quickly ramp up on new technologies and tools
