Key Responsibilities
  • Community Building: Build and maintain relationships with developers, agency partners, and customers through our online community, social forums, and other channels.
  • Content Creation: Create technical content, including blog posts, tutorials, videos, and webinars, focusing on JavaScript, Drupal, WordPress, and other CMS technologies.
  • Advocacy: Advocate for developers' needs internally, collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure that our platform meets their expectations.
  • SDK and API Development: Work directly with the product team to create SDKs, APIs, and developer tools that enhance the developer experience.
  • Community Engagement: Help build a presence in developer communities and develop a content strategy that educates developers and encourages them to build on our platform.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from developers and turn insights into actionable recommendations for product improvements.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Extensive experience as a developer with a strong focus on JavaScript and web technologies such as Drupal, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.
  • Developer Relations: Proven experience and passion in developer relations or developer advocacy roles.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, accessible language.
  • Project Management: Experience managing projects using tools like GitHub.
