About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Delivery Engineer to join our team at CloudBolt Software. As a key member of our delivery engineering team, you will be responsible for improving delivery performance through automation and driving adoption of modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement automated delivery pipelines to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors
  • Develop and maintain frameworks and conventions for cloud native development and DevOps
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of modern DevOps practices
  • Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on cloud native development and DevOps
  • Identify and prioritize areas for improvement in delivery performance
Requirements
  • Strong experience with declarative IaC frameworks (CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
  • Proven track record of building continuous delivery systems
  • Experience with cloud native development and DevOps principles
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other strong engineering leaders
  • Transformational leadership skills to drive change in engineering teams
