About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Foundations for Living. As a key member of our outpatient team, you will provide behavioral health modalities and develop specific treatment goals to targeted client populations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients of all ages
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop treatment plans
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a human services field, preferably social work
  • Current licensure (LAC, LPC, LMFT, LPE-I, PLMSW, LMSW, or LCSW)
  • Minimum of two years psychiatric treatment experience
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Arkansas laws governing services to children, adolescents, and adults
