About the Role

The successful candidate will provide behavioral health modalities and develop specific treatment goals for targeted client populations. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure delivery of high-quality and cost-effective healthcare that aligns with our mission, vision, and values.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients of all ages
• Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in the field

Requirements

• Master's degree in a human services field, preferably social work, from an accredited university
• Current LPC or LCSW licensure
• Minimum of two years' experience in psychiatric treatment, preferably in individual, group, and family therapy
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Arkansas laws governing services to children, adolescents, and adults
• Basic knowledge of educational, psychological, and social service systems as related to special education and behavior treatment
