About the Role

Care IV Home Health is a locally owned and operated home health agency seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our esteemed team.

As an Occupational Therapist with Care IV, you will enjoy a professional and supportive environment that fosters flexibility, work-life balance, and meaningful patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit patients in their homes and assisted living facilities to provide occupational therapy.
  • Create care plans for occupational therapy, carry out OT sessions, and document and chart patient progress.
  • Update the Therapy Director about patient status, admit and discharge patients as necessary, and perform any other assigned OT duties.
Requirements
  • Active Occupational Therapist license or registration in the state of Arkansas.
  • A minimum of three professional references.
  • Previous acute OT experience preferred.
  • Home Health experience is a plus but not required.
