MTSS Facilitator

The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools is seeking a highly skilled MTSS Facilitator to support the district's efforts in data-driven instruction. The successful candidate will work closely with school leaders, teachers, and student services staff to establish and strengthen school-wide systems, structures, and processes.

• Develop and implement data-driven instructional practices to support student learning and achievement.
• Collaborate with school leaders to identify school improvement goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
• Provide coaching and professional development to teachers on data analysis and instructional planning.
• Monitor and analyze student data to inform instructional decisions and drive school-wide improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with school leaders, teachers, and student services staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in data-driven instruction and share knowledge with school staff.
• Participate in district-wide initiatives and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a K-12 educational setting.
• One year of experience in a role associated with training, professional development, or conducting presentations.
• Active NC teaching license in education, administration, or student services, or eligible for NC DPI licensure.

• Master's degree in Education or related field.
• Three years of experience in a role associated with training, professional development, or conducting presentations.

The MTSS Facilitator will work in a fast-paced educational environment, collaborating with school staff to drive student learning and achievement. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
