Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Landscaping Crew Member to join our team at Bland Landscaping Company. As a key member of our landscaping crew, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and integrity of our clients' outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist foremen and foremen in training on all aspects of landscape grounds management services.
  • Perform various landscaping tasks, including digging, planting, raking, watering, and clean-up of landscapes.
  • Load and unload heavy equipment and planting materials from trucks.
  • Collect company-owned equipment and tools at the end of the day.
  • May be asked to assist in other divisions, such as installation or floriculture, as needed.
  • May be required to assist with snow removal in winter months.
  • Must comply with company policies and procedures.
Equipment Operation
  • Operate commercial equipment, including push mowers, walk-behind mowers, zero-turn stand-on mowers, and zero-turn riding mowers.
  • Use tillers, aerators, seeders, and other specialized equipment.
  • Operate commercial hand tools, including weed eaters, edgers, combi units, chainsaws, hedge trimmers, backpack blowers, and backpack sprayers.
  • Use hand tools, such as shovels, picks, rakes, and pruning tools.
